🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL


Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow exchanges—except in specific cases outlined below.


Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded due to:
 

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Dissatisfaction with effects or flavor

  • Shipping delays beyond our control


Please verify your order before submitting payment.


🔧 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we’re here to help.


To file a claim:

  • Contact us at info@geekdextracts.com within 3 business days of delivery

  • Include:
     

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label

    • Lot number (if available)


Once reviewed, we may issue:
 

  • A replacement shipment

  • Store credit

  • Or, in approved cases, a refund
     

✅ REFUND EXCEPTIONS


Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
 

  • We cannot fulfill your order due to inventory or shipping restrictions

  • You were charged, but your order was never shipped due to an internal error

  • A damaged or incorrect item was approved for refund after review


All approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the credit.
 

📦 RETURN SHIPPING


If we request a return:
 

  • We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label

  • Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded
